Human-Aware Shared-Workspace Coordination
Human-aware coordination is distinct from a Human Task. It governs how a shared-workspace Capability responds to a bounded observation about nearby people before LabBridge may create an Operation.
Observation boundary
A trusted perception controller may report a short-lived, privacy-bounded observation that says whether a person is present, obstructing a route, or interacting with the target equipment. It must not report images, personal identity, inferred fatigue, workload, or learned schedules. The deterministic LabBridge boundary maps the observation to PROCEED, WAIT, REROUTE, or COMMUNICATE before a shared-workspace Capability can create an Operation.
Fail-closed and safety contract
Missing, expired, unverified, low-confidence, or contradictory observations fail closed. Model output remains algorithmic or simulated evidence and never disables collision detection, interlocks, watchdogs, emergency response, cancellation, or safe-stop.
SimFleet may treat its explicit empty human scene as clear. Physical deployment remains outside the current scope and requires a qualified perception controller, independent safety controls, consent, and human-subject evaluation before use.
